Do you have industry qualifications and training?

Our team holds all relevant industry qualifications and are fully accredited with the Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA), the peak professional body for finance brokers in Australia. MFAA members operate at higher standards in education, ethics and experience than required by the industry in general.

Do you have experience dealing with health professionals?

Our team has years of experience providing specialist advice to healthcare professionals as both bankers and finance brokers. Our experience on ‘both sides of the fence’ provides us with unique insight into the workings of the banks. This provides us with a real edge when negotiating with funders on your behalf.

Is there a fee for your service?

We are paid upfront and trail commission from the lenders which is disclosed upfront in our Credit Guide. If we do charge a fee for any service this is clearly set out and will need to be agreed by you before we proceed.

What is your customer service promise?
